We’re looking for an experienced Solutions Architecture Team Lead to lead and grow our Data Loss Prevention Solutions Architecture function. In this role, you’ll combine deep technical expertise with people leadership, owning the most complex customer engagements while guiding and mentoring a team of Solution Architects. In this role, you’ll act as a key bridge between the field, Product, and R&D, setting the technical and strategic direction, driving execution excellence, and drive successful customer implementation and outcomes. Your leadership will directly influence product evolution, customer adoption, and enable scalable success across the organization.

Job Responsibility:

  • Act as the senior technical point of contact, leading the most complex and strategic customer engagements across pre-sale and post-sale efforts, while guiding the team on technical execution
  • Partner with internal teams and customers to implement and integrate Cyera’s DLP solutions, ensuring technical feasibility and alignment with business needs
  • Act as a platform expert, collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to translate customer challenges into new features and technical solutions
  • Own and drive resolution of complex technical issues and escalations, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver timely and effective outcomes
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product Management and R&D to accelerate the sales process, manage escalations, and maintain alignment across teams
  • Design, review, and oversee ad-hoc technical solutions and automation to improve pre-sale, post-sale, and internal operational efficiency
  • Define, standardize, and continuously improve internal workflows, tooling, and best practices to support a growing customer base and scale the Solutions Architecture function

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Solution Architect (or similar technical role), preferably in the Data Loss Prevention (DLP) domain
  • At least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record leading and mentoring engineers/architects in fast-paced environments and complex technical initiatives
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead through influence and trust
  • Comfort operating in high-impact, ambiguous, and evolving problem spaces with real ownership
  • Strong background creating technical solutions, systems integrations, and customer-facing technical delivery
  • Proficiency in querying (e.g., SQL)
  • Strong cloud understanding and experience (AWS/Azure/GCP)
  • Proven project management and technical skills
  • Proven experience with handling complex customer requirements
  • You excel at problem-solving, capable of analyzing complex systems and processes to develop effective solutions
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment, effectively managing multiple priorities and adapting to evolving business needs
  • Strong ownership mindset - you take initiative, and thrive in fast-moving environments
  • Experience collaborating with R&D and Product teams to resolve customer friction and improve product capabilities

Nice to have:

  • Background as a software developer
  • Strong understanding of DLP solutions
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Experience working on or supporting security-focused SaaS platforms
  • Familiarity with automation, scripting, and internal tooling development
  • Industry certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, CISSP, CCSP) and experience with enterprise-scale deployments
