We are currently seeking a ServiceNow Solution Architect specialising in HRSD to join FinXL to lead a strategic optimisation and architecture roadmap.

  • Experience in ServiceNow: Proven track record as a Lead Architect on large-scale HRSD implementations -Standard- Professional- Enterprise
  • Experience in Integration of ServiceNow with PeopleSoft or similar HCM platforms -Workday, SAP SuccessFactors
  • Experience in Scoped Applications, Client Scripts, Business Rules, and the Common Service Data Provider (CSDM).
  • Experience in secure API configurations and enterprise-grade authentication.
  • Experience working in a Hybrid Agile model
  • Experience conducting Instance Health Checks and data schema reviews to align the HR Profile model with ServiceNow COE best practices.
  • Experience creating Technical Debt Register, identifying customizations to be reverted to OOB functionality.
  • Perform code reviews and "Show & Tells" for stakeholders
  • Experience creating a Technical Design Document - TDD & a 3-Year Transformation Roadmap
  • Experience leading the architecture of a one-way sync between PeopleSoft and ServiceNow, utilizing Transform Maps or Robust Data Hubs.
  • Experience defining secure authentication protocols - OAuth, Mutual Auth
  • Experience standardizing the REST API framework for secondary HR tooling and ecosystem connectivity.
  • Experience providing architectural oversight for "As-Is" vs. "To-Be" workshops led by Business Analysts.
  • Experience architecting complex Lifecycle Events - Onboarding, Parental Leave, and rationalizing the Service Catalogue to simplify the employee experience.
