MHAS is looking for a skilled Solution Architect/Senior Developer to refactor an existing custom .net/C# Human Resources software suite hosted on Azure to meet the needs of our Agency and constituents.

Refactor an existing custom .net/C# Human Resources software suite hosted on Azure to meet the needs of our Agency and constituents

Requirements:

  • Skilled Solution Architect/Senior Developer
  • Ability to refactor an existing custom .net/C# Human Resources software suite hosted on Azure
  • Comfortable working on azure projects
  • Well versed with deploying code using Azure pipelines
  • Functional knowledge of working Azure Functions
  • Works with IT Architecture staff and IT Managers to design solutions
  • Assists analysis of the solution design’s business case
  • Writes, reviews, and develops applications, application source code using the departments standards
  • Creates detailed test designs and test plans
  • Creates and reviews test data for performing test scenarios
  • Execution of unit and system test scripts, debugging efforts and defect tracking, support of user acceptance testing, and software implementation and deployment tasks
  • Ability to work directly with our Human Resource professionals
  • Understand the basic terminology and business functions of HR
  • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing to the project sponsors

Nice to have:

  • Prior experience with HR applications or processes
  • Having worked on an interface with Ohio’s ERP (OAKS)
