Job Description:

We're looking for a T-shaped Solution Architect to support the design and solutions in the non-financial risk (NFR) domain. The role requires someone who can operate confidently across business and technology teams, contribute to design governance, and support delivery from concept through implementation.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead creation of high-level and support low-level solution designs across Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) application, integration, and data layers
  • Translate business needs into scalable, secure, and maintainable architectures
  • Collaborate with BAs, developers, testers, PMs, and Scrum Masters to ensure delivery alignment
  • Present designs in governance and design ceremonies
  • Support integration and data flow design across operational and analytical systems

Requirements:

  • Self-starter with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Naturally curious and able to independently research and explore solutions
  • Proven ability to work across business and technology teams
  • Experience producing HLDs and supporting LLDs
  • Familiarity with structured delivery frameworks and governance
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in relevant fields

Nice to have:

  • Exposure to non-financial risk, compliance, or GRC platforms (e.g., Archer, ServiceNow GRC)
  • Experience with domain or enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF)
  • Understanding of data lineage, exception-based reporting, and materiality logic
