Job Description:

The Salesforce Technical Architect role involves leading the architecture and solution design for Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud. Candidates should have over 8 years of experience in delivering Salesforce solutions, particularly in retail execution processes. Strong skills in data modeling, integration, and stakeholder management are essential. This position offers opportunities for professional growth and collaboration with clients.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead end-to-end architecture, solution design, and configuration for Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud (Retail Execution, Visit Planning, Surveys, Route Optimization)
  • Advise clients on CG Cloud capabilities, roadmap, and best practices and ensure alignment with FMCG/CPG industry processes
  • Design optimized data models for consumer goods use cases, including store-level execution data, retail tasks, promotions, product hierarchies, and trade assets
  • Guide development of customizations and integrations supporting CG Cloud, including offline mobile usage, SKU execution, order capture, and trade promotions
  • Ensure seamless integration between Consumer Goods Cloud and existing enterprise systems such as ERP, DMS, TPM, OMS, and analytics platforms

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of hands-on experience delivering Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud solutions
  • Strong understanding of Retail Execution processes including visit planning, task execution, asset management, and in‑store activities
  • Expertise in CG Cloud mobile app, including offline capability and field execution workflows
  • Experience implementing Retail Visit Schedulers, Survey Builder, Perfect Store KPIs, and Route Optimization
  • Ability to design and optimize product hierarchies, assortments, promotions, and trade spend workflows
  • Hands-on experience integrating CG Cloud with ERP, DMS, TPM, OMS, and analytics platforms
  • Experience working with FMCG/CPG clients across sales, merchandising, distribution, and retail operations
  • Extensive Experience in utilizing the below across retail, health, education, public sector, and consumer goods environments: Lightning Flows, Lightning pages, Security model, Data modelling, Quick actions, Fieldsets, Data load, Apex Class, Apex Trigger, LWC, Integration, SFDX, VS Code console deployment, CI/CD hands‑on, Design and Architecture, Code and Dev review, Leadership, Agile project experience, SQL, Documentation, Communication, Enterprise Architecture, Stakeholder Management, MuleSoft, Vlocity, AWS, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Omnistudio, Copado
