Job Description

The Solution Architect Lead will manage the SAP Cloud ERP portfolio for the Nordic mid-market, ensuring a standardized offering and architectural quality. This role requires a strong understanding of SAP Activate and experience in project management. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology is required, with a preference for a master's degree. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in ERP solutions and stakeholder management.

Job Responsibility

  • Own and govern the ready‑to‑run solution portfolio for mid‑market ERP
  • Define architectural principles, guardrails and best practices
  • Ensure standardization across industries while allowing limited, controlled differentiation when viable
  • Act as lead architect in complex sales or delivery engagements when needed
  • Support presales with reference architectures, demos and scope clarity
  • Collaborate closely with Project Management Lead and Customer Success Manager

Requirements

  • Senior SAP Solution Architect with (Public Cloud) ERP experience
  • Strong understanding of SAP Activate and fit‑to‑standard delivery
  • Comfortable balancing architectural authority with commercial pragmatism
  • Able to influence senior stakeholders without hierarchy
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology (preference for a master's degree)
  • At least 7 years of experience in ERP solutions and stakeholder management
