Job Description:

The Solution Architect role at NTT DATA involves designing innovative workplace solutions that integrate AV technologies and collaboration platforms. Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in AV or Digital Workplace areas, strong skills in AutoCAD, and excellent communication abilities in English and Polish. Job Responsibility:

  • Act as a technical and strategic advisor in the presales phase for AV and Digital Workplace solutions
  • Engage with customers to understand their challenges, requirements, and business goals
  • Design and present end-to-end solutions covering AV infrastructure, meeting room systems, Microsoft Teams Rooms, collaboration platforms, and workplace experience technologies
  • Prepare technical documentation, architecture diagrams, BoM (Bill of Materials), and solution proposals
  • Create and update system and room layout drawings using AutoCAD or similar design tools
  • Support tenders, RFPs/RFIs, and client presentations with technical input
  • Cooperate with delivery teams to ensure solution feasibility and alignment with best practices
  • Keep up to date with emerging technologies and vendor ecosystems (Cisco, Microsoft, Logitech, Crestron, etc.)

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of commercial experience as a Solution Architect or Presales Engineer in AV, UC, or Digital Workplace areas
  • Knowledge of collaboration platforms and AV technologies (e.g., Microsoft Teams Rooms, Webex, Zoom, Crestron, Logitech, Biamp, Shure)
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD (ability to read, modify, and create AV system drawings and room layouts)
  • Understanding of networking, cloud services, and integration principles
  • Experience in preparing solution documentation and delivering presentations to clients
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Polish (spoken and written)
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, international environment
