As a Solution Architect at HSO International, you will manage SA operations within Managed Services' Continuous Improvement Team (CIT). Your primary responsibility is to deliver the highest quality and value in managed services to selected customers. Your role is to drive the successful Continuous Improvement activities for HSO international clients. You will provide expert guidance on the business platform design while closely collaborating with Service Delivery Management, Account Management and the Senior Solution Architect Team within HSO International to ensure the highest standards are met.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 7–10 years of ERP consulting experience, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O or earlier versions
  • Proven track record of multiple end-to-end ERP implementations and deep knowledge of Dynamics 365 modules
  • Familiarity with Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, Power BI, and Microsoft Azure
  • Strong leadership experience and ability to manage complex projects successfully
  • Strong communicator with exceptional written and verbal skills in English
  • Natural leader with the ability to guide teams and stakeholders through complex projects
  • Analytical and detail-oriented, with a talent for solving problems
  • Approachable and engaging, fostering collaboration in a non-hierarchical environment
