As our Migration Solution Designer, you'll bridge the gap between complex technical capabilities and real-world client needs, designing end-to-end migration solutions that clients understand and embrace. You'll conduct comprehensive gap analyses, lead client-facing solution demonstrations, and translate technical possibilities into clear implementation roadmaps. Your ability to showcase digital member, employer, and broker experiences while partnering across Account Management, Product, and Technology teams directly determines whether clients see migrations as seamless upgrades or disruptive obstacles.
