Work with prospects and clients to determine architecture approaches that translate business workflows into scalable custom application and integration solutions across enterprise systems. Provide supporting architecture artifacts such as solution designs, technical validation approaches, and proof-of-concept implementations that demonstrate how modern application platforms and AI-enabled capabilities support client business objectives. Guide organizations in extending their business platforms through AI-enabled application innovation, including Copilot-style experiences, semantic search, and intelligent workflow automation. Define integration strategies across ERP, CRM, case management platforms, internal line-of-business applications, and modern Azure-hosted solutions. Collaborate with delivery teams to establish architecture guardrails supporting scalable, maintainable, and secure enterprise application platforms.
