Job Description:

As the SAP GTS Solution Architect you will be responsible for SAP GTS Solution design, implementation and maintenance within our Customs workstream. This is a team effort, and you are at your best, working closely with a team of Business Analysts, External Consultants, Developers, Security & Data privacy team, and Data specialists to ensure SAP GTS design, delivery and maintenance that sticks to standard without compromising the high degree of automation and specialization in our global value chain.

Job Responsibility:

SAP GTS Solution design, implementation and maintenance
Accountable for solution architecture across Customs processes
Work with Product/Owners and Lead solution architects on design changes
Ensure seamless platform experience in live environment
Support enhancements within SAP ecosystem and Software Development
Handle standard and normal changes as part of releases
Support analysis of productive issues and implement resolutions
Support testing automation
Learn and support non-SAP applications in Customs ecosystem
Operational Reporting and embedded Analytics solution design
Adhere to operational governance and SLAs
Demonstrate cross-functional alignments
Pro-actively communicate status and manage timelines
Risk & mitigation management

Requirements:

At least 2-3 end to end SAP GTS implementation projects
Experience as solution architect, business analyst or functional consultant
Experience in supply chain or retail industries
Strong team player with deep techno-functional expertise
Analytical with attention to detail
Highly motivated and effective communicator
Ability to present complex technology challenges understandably
Curious and able to build relationships based on trust
Visionary, pragmatic and adaptable
