Job Description:

Dutech Systems is seeking an experienced Solution Architect to support a long-term government modernization initiative focused on improving core veteran services. This role will define Salesforce-centered, end-to-end solutions that streamline service delivery, improve consistency and speed, strengthen audit readiness and compliance, and enable trusted reporting. The ideal candidate is proactive, able to work independently, and collaborates closely with ITS leadership, product owners, and delivery teams to ensure alignment with program goals and sustainable implementation.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead solution architecture for Salesforce-centric modernization initiatives, including loan services automation, call center transformation, and data modernization
  • Define end-to-end solution designs across Salesforce, CRM/SaaS platforms, integrations/APIs, vendor solutions, and legacy/on-prem systems
  • Partner with product owners and business stakeholders to translate service goals into technical requirements and architecture decisions
  • Guide delivery teams through technical design reviews, implementation oversight, and release readiness
  • Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, audit, scalability, and maintainability expectations

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise applications and system integrations, including 3+ years in a solution architecture or design authority role
  • Strong experience designing Salesforce-centered solutions with APIs, integrations, and third-party SaaS platforms
  • Proven ability to collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to drive technical decisions and delivery plans
  • Experience guiding delivery teams through technical design and implementation
  • Hands-on understanding of full-stack development using .NET or Java

Nice to have:

  • Experience producing architecture artifacts such as solution diagrams, integration flows, and design decisions
  • Experience defining integration patterns and coordinating across internal teams and vendors
  • Prior experience working in government, public-sector, or compliance-driven environments
