Job Description:

We are looking for a Solution Architect with a strong background in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) to support pre-sales engagements and contribute to successful project delivery. This role is a hybrid of pre-sales responsibilities (solution design, demos, proposals) and delivery leadership (guiding project teams, ensuring quality implementation). The Solution Architect will work closely with sales teams, customers, and delivery consultants to design scalable ERP solutions, articulate business value, and drive successful D365 F&O implementations.

Job Responsibility:

  • Engage with prospective customers to gather and analyze business requirements
  • Design high-level solution architectures and present them to business and IT stakeholders
  • Deliver tailored demos, proof of concepts (PoCs), and workshops
  • Support RFP/RFI responses and contribute to proposals with solution blueprints and effort estimates
  • Collaborate with Microsoft and partners to stay up-to-date with product roadmap and licensing models
  • Act as a Solution Architect during project implementations when required
  • Define detailed functional and technical designs, including integration approaches (EDI, APIs, Power Platform, Azure)
  • Guide project teams (functional and technical consultants) to ensure adherence to Microsoft standards and project objectives
  • Oversee system customization, data migration strategies, and security design
  • Support customers during UAT, training, and go-live transition

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience with Dynamics AX / D365 Finance & Operations
  • At least 2 years of experience in a Solution Architect or Lead Consultant role
  • Proven pre-sales experience: demos, solution proposals, customer workshops
  • Strong knowledge of finance, supply chain, logistics, and production processes
  • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable, cost-efficient architectures
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Microsoft certifications (MB-300, MB-310, MB-330, MB-700) are a plus

Nice to have:

  • Industry experience in Manufacturing or Retail sectors
  • Exposure to migrations from SAP, Oracle, or legacy ERPs to D365
  • Experience with Power Platform, Azure Logic Apps, AI Builder
  • Knowledge of regional/localization requirements
