Job Description:

Solution Architect role for Ivalua Platform within IKEA Supply Chain Development, managing platforms that support the entire lifecycle partnership with suppliers from potential cooperation to end of joint business. The role involves designing architecture and solutions, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring platform adherence to technology architecture standards.

Job Responsibility:

In collaboration with stakeholders, bring ideas or business needs into business value through solutions
Understand the digital product's overall application portfolio, business priorities, and success measures to design robust architecture and solutions
Proactively identify and advise on opportunities to deliver better business results
Secure, develop and review high-level design to support running business and provide guidance towards service improvements
Collaborate with other Solution Architects and Enterprise Architects ensuring that the product/platform adheres to the Technology Architecture
Communicate the solution architectures and transition roadmaps to relevant internal and external stakeholders
Govern and seek understanding, agreement to ensure aligned and consistent solution implementations across IKEA
Support and be part of projects, initiatives and take responsibility for securing IKEA's architecture vision and goals
Design, review and approve the integration designs for integrating the Ivalua platform to rest of the IKEA systems
Participating and recommending options for performance improvements on the platform
Document and maintain artefacts related to system design and design decisions
Is responsible for securing the architecture vision and goals of the Ivalua platform in the solution architecture and the system development process

Requirements:

Solid development background and understanding of Software development processes and solution architecture concepts
Working experience on Web technology, Cloud platform and SaaS solutions
Knowledge of data integration approaches like ODI, Kafka, MFT and API
Practical experience working in Agile and DevOps
Good understanding about system integrations and can discuss technical interfaces on the needed detail level
Excellent analytical skills and apply a systematic approach to think through end-to-end solution architecture
Strong competence of SQL Server development
Strong stakeholders' management skills
Experience from global implementation projects or larger solutions/platforms
Strong competence and knowhow in the digital platform Ivalua (S2P and L3 certified)
Experienced in using models, methods and tools within analysis and design and have good knowledge of general IT frames

Nice to have:

Working experience in procurement products or software would be an advantage
