Job Description:

The Solution Architect - CRM is responsible for designing and managing complex CRM solution architectures in a large and distributed environment. With over 10 years of Curam technical experience, the architect will define solution structure, ensure system compatibility, provide technical support to project teams, and contribute to project planning. This role also involves handling business requirement analysis, risk and issue management, CI/CD DevOps integration, and infrastructure support including platforms like WebSphere, Oracle, Solaris, and Azure. The architect plays a key leadership role in the implementation of CRM applications and enterprise architecture deliverables.

Job Responsibility:

Define architecture and component structure for CRM solutions
Support development and implementation of CRM systems in distributed environments
Provide technical architectural support and hands-on solutioning using Cúram
Analyze business requirements and present solution options to stakeholders
Manage technical planning including effort estimation and risk mitigation
Contribute to project plans and system documentation
Implement CI/CD processes through Azure DevOps pipelines
Provide infrastructure support for environments using WebSphere, Oracle, and Solaris
Develop and maintain enterprise architecture deliverables

Requirements:

10+ years of hands-on experience with Cúram development and architecture
Strong knowledge of CRM application design, object-oriented analysis, and technical standards
Proven experience with business requirement analysis and project management practices
Familiarity with Azure DevOps pipelines and CI/CD processes
Experience with enterprise platforms such as WebSphere, Oracle, Solaris, and Cloud technologies
Ability to produce architectural documentation and lead technical teams in solution delivery
