Solution Architect – Autonomous Retail (Vending)

Job Responsibility

  • Collaborate with the product team & business partners in capturing requirements and translate them into high-level solution design, highlighting the pre-requisites, risks, impact on performance
  • Support the creation of a product roadmap based on the continuous evolution of the business & technology trends
  • Support the product team by contributing to writing functional & non-functional requirements to allow application development & configuration meets best-in call design patterns & unlock proper solution delivery
  • Create & maintain Solution Design for Autonomous retail, including Full Service vending, 3rd party Vending, Micro markets, and Autonomous store
  • Create & maintain Solution Design for Away from Home D2C and mobile applications integration
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as needed
  • Responsible to document the solution architecture design and capture functional/technical artefacts that describe the E2E solution design using TOGAF principles, using Azure DevOps Wiki
  • Coordinate & collaborate with CCH architect community, security & enterprise architect to ensure validation of the design principles and contribute to continue building the CCH cohesive landscape
  • Ensure proper integration design of the product with cloud solutions where relevant and collaborate with integration teams to provide recommendations and support for design & delivery
  • Coordinate with technical architects & Ops teams to ensure proper solutions layers are identified, monitoring is enabled and part of a sustainable & maintainable support model
  • Work very closely with Platform Architect and Tech Lead on Performance Improvements opportunities and new functionalities architecture
  • Participate in product assessment (RFI/RFP) and provide technical analysis & recommendations based on internal capabilities / technology trends available in the market
  • Adopt SAFE Agile principles and foster & advocate CI/CDs processes ensuring DevSecOps practices are in the DNA of every product lifecycle
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the industry
  • Work with Tech Lead and development team to align on code changes that improve the state of the solution architecture to meet Coca-Cola Hellenic business requirements

Requirements

  • University Degree in computer science or equivalent
  • Min 5 years of experience in working as a Senior Developer or Solution Architect or Business Analyst in the Autonomous retail, Customer Service or Field Services areas in the FMCG industry
  • Proven experience in architecture principles using SOA patterns & TOGAF framework or similar
  • Product experience & hands-on Autonomous retails (FSV, TPV, etc), integration with SAP ERP backend or any similar technology
  • Knowledge of Mobile app development and API
  • Knowledge in computer networks, programming principles, computer architectures, software development methodologies (Agile and SCRUM), cloud development and ops
  • Understand hosting models using hybrid architecture models - on-premise & cloud solutions (Azure& AWS) using IaaS, Paas, SaaS and their impact on the product lifecycle
  • Experience with Azure DevOps CD/CI Pipelines (ALM)
  • Strong understanding and experience in Agile Delivery Methodology
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and influencing skills
  • English proficiency

  • Record cash receipts from a range of payment sources, including checks and credit card transactions, and ensure funds are applied accurately to customer accounts
  • Prepare journal entries and support recurring accounting tasks tied to receivables, revenue tracking, and monthly financial close activities
  • Reconcile customer balances, bank activity, and revenue records on a regular basis to identify and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
  • Create aging schedules, revenue summaries, and other recurring or ad hoc reports to support financial visibility and collections efforts
  • Process account adjustments, issue credit memos when appropriate, and maintain accurate documentation for billing changes
  • Follow up with clients on outstanding balances, maintain clear communication, and support collection efforts for past-due accounts
  • Complete month-end accounts receivable subledger close tasks and assist with special projects or additional finance assignments as needed
