Job Responsibility

  • Identifying opportunities to grow revenue with existing customers through robust account plans and cross-selling
  • Expanding Belden’s presence in the Process & Energy sector by engaging directly with potential new customers and channel partners
  • Creating a comprehensive market landscape for the Process & Energy vertical in Central and Eastern Europe, highlighting areas of potential success for Belden
  • Developing and executing winning sales strategies, managing sales funnels, and achieving revenue targets
  • Collaborating with Customer Innovation Centers to deliver compelling, solution-based proposals that generate demand and win projects

Requirements

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering, or equivalent professional experience with a strong commercial focus
  • Proven track record in sales within the Process & Energy sector, with specific expertise in data and network solutions
  • Experience in a medium-to-large international organization, working in a matrix environment and with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and metric-driven environment
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken and fluency in minimum one other relevant language
