Job Responsibility:
Identifying opportunities to grow revenue with existing customers through robust account plans and cross-selling
Expanding Belden’s presence in the Process & Energy sector by engaging directly with potential new customers and channel partners
Creating a comprehensive market landscape for the Process & Energy vertical in Central and Eastern Europe, highlighting areas of potential success for Belden
Developing and executing winning sales strategies, managing sales funnels, and achieving revenue targets
Collaborating with Customer Innovation Centers to deliver compelling, solution-based proposals that generate demand and win projects
Requirements:
Degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering, or equivalent professional experience with a strong commercial focus
Proven track record in sales within the Process & Energy sector, with specific expertise in data and network solutions
Experience in a medium-to-large international organization, working in a matrix environment and with cross-functional teams
Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and metric-driven environment
Fluency in English, both written and spoken and fluency in minimum one other relevant language
