Job Responsibility:
Own the Schneider Electric business in France within defined scope, with full accountability for commercial performance and execution
Drive revenue growth and margin performance by identifying, developing, and closing opportunities across the full portfolio (products, solutions, and services)
Build, maintain, and lead a robust, qualified pipeline (generation, qualification, forecasting, and conversion), ensuring coverage aligned with targets
Contribute to and deploy the global account strategy locally in France, translating priorities into actionable account plans and measurable outcomes
Map stakeholders and decision-making processes across Schneider Electric France
identify influencers, economic buyers, and key decision criteria to expand footprint
Manage day-to-day customer engagement and relationships across multiple organizational levels
position the company as a trusted and value-driven partner
Ensure a consistent approach to value selling by aligning customer needs with company capabilities and articulating the overall value proposition clearly
Collaborate closely with the Global Account Director to ensure local execution supports global strategy, priorities, and executive engagement plans
Coordinate and align internal teams (sales, product management, engineering, services, operations) to shape offers, respond to customer requirements, and support deal execution
Ensure execution excellence: secure reliable and timely delivery, manage internal follow-up, and remove blockers to improve customer experience
Resolve operational and commercial issues proactively, ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term partnership development
Contribute to opportunity shaping and offer/value proposition development in collaboration with Business Development and other stakeholders
