Job Responsibility:

Draft and negotiate complex contracts
Manage legal and regulatory risks
Act as a trusted advisor to clients
Work on high-impact legal work
Collaborate with industry-leading organisations

Requirements:

Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales
NQ to 5 PQE (Post-Qualification Experience)
Passion for excellence
Proactive mindset
Ability to draft and negotiate complex contracts
Ability to manage legal and regulatory risks
Ability to act as a trusted advisor to clients
