Job Responsibility:
Exposed to a wide range of work and role responsibilities dependent upon your Practice Group of choice: Commercial, Family, Property & Projects or Civil Litigation
Be a Trusted Advisor, given plenty of scope to showcase your initiative and experience, to work with clients forging meaningful and lasting client relationships, providing accurate, credible advice and guidance
Requirements:
Be a qualified NZ lawyer with a practicing certificate, & proven experience
Be client and service focused, able to develop strong rapport, build and manage relationships
Have outstanding communication: can listen, simplify complex information, and not be afraid to have difficult conversations
Demonstrate excellent time management, organisation, ambition, decision making and problem-solving skills
Be proactive and pragmatic in approach to your work, with the ability to achieve positive outcomes, respond to constructive feedback, all while exuding great energy and attitude
Nice to have:
strong candidates with lesser experience and a stellar attitude, will also be considered
