• Exposed to a wide range of work and role responsibilities dependent upon your Practice Group of choice: Commercial, Family, Property & Projects or Civil Litigation
• Be a Trusted Advisor, given plenty of scope to showcase your initiative and experience, to work with clients forging meaningful and lasting client relationships, providing accurate, credible advice and guidance

• Be a qualified NZ lawyer with a practicing certificate, & proven experience
• Be client and service focused, able to develop strong rapport, build and manage relationships
• Have outstanding communication: can listen, simplify complex information, and not be afraid to have difficult conversations
• Demonstrate excellent time management, organisation, ambition, decision making and problem-solving skills
• Be proactive and pragmatic in approach to your work, with the ability to achieve positive outcomes, respond to constructive feedback, all while exuding great energy and attitude
