An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Real Estate Solicitor to join a respected legal practice based in London. This role involves managing property transactions and development matters across commercial and residential properties, providing legal advice, and contributing to the growth of the department within a supportive environment.
Job Responsibility:
Manage a full caseload of real estate matters with minimal supervision
Handle sales and purchases of commercial and residential properties, landlord and tenant matters, refinancing, and support on development projects
Liaise with clients and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transaction processes
Provide clear, timely legal advice
Support senior fee earners on complex transactions
Contribute to the continued growth of the department
Requirements:
Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales
1-4 years’ PQE in real estate law (residential and/or commercial)
Strong technical knowledge of property law
Ability to manage a busy caseload independently
Excellent communication and client care skills
Nice to have:
Experience with development work
