Solicitor

A well-established law firm based in Kensington is seeking a dynamic Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years' PQE to join their growing Real Estate department. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Solicitor with a strong background in bridging and real estate finance to contribute to a high-performing team specialising in complex property transactions. The successful Solicitor will work directly with experienced Partners and a highly regarded team on a wide range of real estate finance matters, including advising lenders and borrowers on bridging loans, managing high-value secured lending transactions, and overseeing legal due diligence processes. The role involves regular client interaction, providing commercial legal advice, and building strong client relationships.
