Job Description:

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Solicitor to join a top-tier national law firm in their London office, specialising in complex and high-value clinical negligence cases. This is an ideal position for a Solicitor looking to develop their expertise in claimant medical negligence work within a highly regarded and supportive legal team.

Job Responsibility:

Manage a caseload of claimant clinical negligence files
Handle matters from initial instruction through to settlement or trial
Close client contact and build trust with individuals who have experienced trauma
Collaborate within the wider national team
Share legal insights and contribute to best practices

Requirements:

Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales with ideally 2-5 years’ PQE
Solid experience handling claimant clinical negligence matters
Excellent communication, drafting and client care skills
Comfortable managing a caseload independently while seeking support where appropriate
Membership of relevant organisations such as APIL or AvMA is an advantage
