Job Description:

A highly regarded commercial law firm based in Harrow is seeking an experienced Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years’ PQE to join their specialist Real Estate team. This opportunity would suit a confident and technically strong Solicitor with expertise in commercial property and real estate finance who is looking to progress their career within a collaborative, growing practice.

Job Responsibility:

Managing a varied caseload of real estate finance transactions
Advising on landlord and tenant issues, development projects, and secured lending work
Supporting junior fee earners
Engaging in business development
Building long-standing client relationships

Requirements:

Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 3+ years’ PQE
Proven experience in commercial property and real estate finance
Able to manage a broad caseload with minimal supervision
Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving ability
Excellent client-facing skills and a proactive, commercial mindset
