Job Description:

A well-established legal practice based in London is seeking a skilled Solicitor with expertise in property law to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Solicitor looking to manage a varied caseload in a supportive and professional environment, working across both residential and commercial property matters.

Job Responsibility:

Managing a broad range of property transactions from instruction to completion
Handling sales and purchases, leasehold and freehold matters, transfers of equity, and re-mortgages
Advising clients on landlord and tenant issues
Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and opposing solicitors

Requirements:

Qualified Solicitor (England and Wales)
Minimum 2 years’ PQE in property law
Ability to manage your own caseload independently
Strong knowledge of HM Land Registry and SDLT processes
Excellent communication and organisational skills

Nice to have:

Both residential and commercial property experience
