Job Description:

A forward-thinking legal practice based in Central London is seeking a self-sufficient and commercially astute Solicitor with 7+ years’ PQE to join their modern and flexible working model. This opportunity is perfect for a Solicitor with an existing client following who is looking to break free from traditional firm structures and take full control of their working life and earning potential.

Job Responsibility:

Managing and developing their own client relationships
focusing on delivering exceptional service
managing their own caseload with autonomy

Requirements:

England & Wales qualified Solicitor with at least 7 years’ PQE
strong background in a core practice area (e.g. litigation, property, private client, commercial)
a proven following or portable client base is essential
strong client care, commercial awareness, and ability to work autonomously
entrepreneurial mindset with a collaborative outlook
