Job Description:

A reputable law firm known for its personable approach and modern outlook is seeking a Solicitor with circa 2 years’ PQE to join their Residential Conveyancing team. This is a great opportunity for a dedicated Solicitor to develop their expertise within a supportive and progressive environment, working alongside experienced conveyancers on a varied and high-quality caseload. The role involves managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing files while building client relationships.

Job Responsibility:

Managing own caseload of residential conveyancing files, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, transfers of equity, re-mortgages, and new builds
Building trusted relationships with clients and agents

Requirements:

England & Wales qualified Solicitor with approximately 2 years’ PQE
Solid experience handling residential property transactions from instruction to post-completion
Excellent communication skills and a strong client service ethos
Able to manage a busy caseload with minimal supervision
A team player with commercial awareness and attention to detail
