Solicitor

To primarily manage and process Pursuer Road Traffic Accident (RTA) Personal Injury cases, with some involvement in Defender cases. This role encompasses handling pre-litigation and non-personal injury RTA cases, as well as preparing and managing RTA litigated cases at both the Sheriff Court and All-Scotland Personal Injury Court (ASPIC) levels. Responsibilities include conducting thorough investigations, gathering and analysing evidence, liaising with clients, medical professionals, and other relevant parties, and ensuring that all legal procedures and documentation are meticulously followed. The aim is to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients while maintaining high standards of professionalism and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
