Job Description:

We’re expanding our market-leading Fraud team within CSG and looking for passionate legal professionals to be part of something exceptional, specifically within our Vehicle Hire Fraud team. As part of the Vehicle Hire Fraud team, you’ll manage claims where individuals or companies dishonestly seek compensation for replacement vehicle costs after an accident. You’ll work on complex investigations, collaborate with clients and law enforcement and help protect the industry from fraudulent practices.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage a caseload of suspected fraudulent claims
  • Investigate and defend against a wide spectrum of vehicle hire fraud types
  • Identify fraud indicators and develop case strategies
  • Deliver commercially focused legal advice
  • Take ownership of a caseload of predominantly litigated claims
  • Work across multiple clients under Delegated and Non-Delegated authority agreements
  • Be a trusted point of contact for clients
  • Meet billing targets and maintain strong financial control
  • Support marketing and client training initiatives
  • Stay sharp with ongoing technical and regulatory development

Requirements:

  • Solicitor or CILEX Lawyer
  • Litigation experience within vehicle/credit hire and/or personal injury
  • Understanding of the Civil Procedure Rules
  • Confident communicator and skilled negotiator
  • Lateral and analytical thinker
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Commercial mindset
  • Alignment with cultural principles: Clear, Creative, Determined, Supportive
