Job Responsibility

Supervise a team of Debt Recovery Paralegals
Conduct and authorise litigation within the Debt Recovery team
Work collaboratively with the Head and Deputy Head of Department to ensure that the team’s performance targets are met
Support in the training and development of your team
Conduct regular one-to-one meetings with your team
Support with Client retention
Maximise debt recovery for the Business
Commencement of the Debt Pre-Action Protocol
Negotiating with Debtors
Carry out residency and other searches, assessing Debtors ability to pay
