Job Responsibility

Dealing with commercial freehold sales and purchases, finance and remortgage work and ancillary commercial property matters such as easements or telecommunication leases
Dealing with the acquisition and sale of farms and farmland and ancillary property-based work for agricultural clients

Working as a team with and supporting other fee earners on renewable energy project property work/larger development /higher value or complex commercial property matters
Ensuring matters are professionally and promptly dealt with to the complete satisfaction of the client and full compliance with professional obligations
