Job Description:

The opportunity is within the Commercial Property team, where the successful candidate will assist Partners and other fee earners in delivering exceptional legal services.

Job Responsibility:

Examining titles
drafting and negotiating leases
offering legal opinions on property matters
contributing to the development of team templates and styles

Requirements:

Completed at least one traineeship seat in Commercial Property
strong communication skills
commercial awareness
ability to manage a busy workload
client-focused approach
confident
proactive
capable of working both independently and collaboratively
strong drive to take ownership of their work and build strong client relationships
