Solicitor/CILEX Lawyer or Experienced Paralegal
Ideally with experience or an interest in injury claims (not essential)
Able to build good relationships within the team and with commercial/insurer clients
Awareness of management information and client-driven KPIs
Able to deal confidently and professionally with clients on day-to-day issues
Ability to adopt a commercial/pragmatic perspective to legal issues

Job Responsibility

Work on defended industrial disease claims
Handle case load of industrial disease claims including NIHL, HAVS, and asbestos related conditions

Exercise full compliance with DAC Beachcroft protocols on billing and credit control
Demonstrate high level of financial management
Support marketing and business development activity
Maintain and develop technical knowledge through training and reading
