Job Responsibility

  • Interviewing clients and taking instructions
  • Drafting and amending a range of documents
  • Professionally liaising with internal and external clients and other stakeholders
  • Day to day conduct of files
  • Delegating tasks
  • Working closely in a team to achieve strategic outcomes

Requirements

  • 2+ years PAE practising in wills and estates
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with both new and long-term clients
  • Committed to ongoing learning and development
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Driven to achieve results for clients

Nice to have

Previous experience in Wills (simple and complex), Powers of Attorney, Advance Care Directives, and Estate Administration
