Solicitor/Associate - Real Estate Portfolio Management

• Running own caseload of landlord and tenant/asset management matters for variety of clients, predominantly on the landlord side
• Supporting on sales and purchase matters
• Providing support to other areas of the real estate group when need arises
• Working with trainees and paralegals, including assisting with supervision and guidance

• Qualified Solicitor (0-5PQE)
• Interest in retail asset management
• Experience working on landlord and tenant/asset management work desirable but not essential
• The ability to work well under pressure, to tight deadlines and run own caseload
• Ability to analyse and apply legal principles and facts to derive technically sound, commercial strategies
• Sound judgment in decision making and being focused on client and case needs
• Focus on delivery of outstanding client service

Experience working on landlord and tenant/asset management work desirable but not essential
