Job Responsibility:

  • Mixed workload of construction insurance claims including policy coverage advice on CAR/EAR issues
  • Conducting both pre-action and litigated matters
  • Assisting more senior fee earners
  • Running disclosure exercises and drafting witness statements
  • Understanding of alternative dispute resolution including mediation
  • Liaising directly with experts and counsel

Requirements:

  • 3+ years PQE
  • Insurance litigation experience
  • Construction experience a bonus
  • Strong relationship and client-handling skills
  • Good level of self-sufficiency
  • Change-oriented with positive, flexible approach
  • Team oriented and collegiate
  • Willingness to work hard as part of ambitious team
