A mixed workload of construction insurance claims, including policy coverage advice on CAR/EAR issues in particular
responsibility for conducting both pre-action and litigated matters, as well as assisting more senior fee earners
responsibility for running disclosure exercises and drafting witness statements
a good understanding of alternative dispute resolution, including mediation
