Job Description:

Our Real Estate team are seeking a Solicitor with minimum five years post-qualification experience in Planning and Environmental law, to join the team. BRM has an extensive portfolio of developer clients with a growing demand for Planning and Environmental advice. As a result, we’re excited to create a Planning and Environmental department to advise and support our Real Estate client base and beyond. The role is most suited to an experienced Planning and Environmental lawyer, and we’re particularly looking for candidates with an ambition to grow and lead the new department.

Job Responsibility:

  • Taking on a client facing Planning and Environmental workload
  • Working to drive business development, marketing and expansion in the sector

Requirements:

  • Five or more years post-qualification experience in Planning and Environmental law
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Team-oriented, reliable and supportive of others
  • Able to manage pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Logical problem solver with a consistent initiative driven approach
  • Proactive and eager to learn new skills
  • Flexible and adaptable to support the wider business as needed
