Job Description:

Due to increased client demand, we’re hiring for a Solicitor with minimum five years post-qualification experience in Insolvency law, to join our Dispute Resolution team. BRM offer comprehensive legal services to businesses nationally. As one of the leading law firms in the Yorkshire and Derbyshire region, we focus on providing bespoke legal advice, working closely together to deliver a professional and personalised service our clients can rely on. Our teams have gained nationwide reputation for efficiency and commercial approach. We build strong relationships with our clients by making the effort to understand needs and tailoring our approach to allow clients to realise the opportunity.

Job Responsibility:

  • Undertaking client facing insolvency workload
  • Acting as a key driver of business development, marketing and expansion in this area

Requirements:

  • More than five years post-qualification experience in Insolvency law
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Team-oriented, reliable and supportive of others
  • Able to manage pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Logical problem solver with a consistent initiative driven approach
  • Proactive and eager to learn new skills
  • Flexible and adaptable to support the wider business as needed
