Job Description:

Our Real Estate team are hiring for a Solicitor with agricultural experience, to support and advise our clients. BRM are proud to have a mature, local agricultural client base and we’re looking to expand beyond into the wider agricultural community. The opportunity is most suited to a Solicitor with existing links to the agricultural community, who has the ambition to work alongside our two Directors and support the growth of the Agricultural department.

Job Responsibility:

Undertaking a client facing agricultural workload
Driving business development, marketing and expansion within the sector

Requirements:

Post-qualification experience in client facing agricultural work is preferred
Excellent communications skills
Team-oriented, reliable and supportive of others
Able to manage pressure and meet tight deadlines
Logical problem solver with a consistent initiative driven approach
Proactive and eager to learn new skills
Flexible and adaptable to support the wider business as needed
