Requirements:

  • High school education or equivalent
  • Minimum of one year of soldering experience
  • Successful completion of the following training programs (which are provided): ESD & Class 0 Certification
  • Component Identification Training
  • Layout Training
  • Right-To-Know Training
  • Moisture Sensitive Devices
  • IPC-A-610 & J-STD-001 Sypris training
  • Component/PWB Handling
  • Move Safe Product
  • Part Installation
  • Operator Self Inspection
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Performs assessment of product quality
  • Keeps work area clean and orderly
  • Basic computer skills and ability to operate barcode scanning equipment
  • Standing for extended periods of time may be required
  • Vision corrected to 20/20
  • Infrequent lifting and moving of material over 25 pounds and up to 60 pounds
  • occasional lifting and moving of drums in excess of 100 pounds
  • Ability to obtain a US Government granted security clearance, if necessary
  • U.S. citizenship
  • Pre-employment drug screening required
