Requirements:
High school education or equivalent
Minimum of one year of soldering experience
Successful completion of the following training programs (which are provided): ESD & Class 0 Certification
Component Identification Training
Layout Training
Right-To-Know Training
Moisture Sensitive Devices
IPC-A-610 & J-STD-001 Sypris training
Component/PWB Handling
Move Safe Product
Part Installation
Operator Self Inspection
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Performs assessment of product quality
Keeps work area clean and orderly
Basic computer skills and ability to operate barcode scanning equipment
Standing for extended periods of time may be required
Vision corrected to 20/20
Infrequent lifting and moving of material over 25 pounds and up to 60 pounds
occasional lifting and moving of drums in excess of 100 pounds
Ability to obtain a US Government granted security clearance, if necessary
U.S. citizenship
Pre-employment drug screening required
