Job Description:

We are on a mission to turn North London's rooftops into a powerhouse for the green revolution. As solar energy demand hits an all-time high, we're looking for a skilled Solar PV Installer who takes pride in high-quality craftsmanship and wants to lead the charge toward a net-zero future.

Job Responsibility:

  • Leading the mechanical and electrical installation of solar PV systems on residential and commercial roofs
  • Installing inverters, battery storage solutions (like Tesla Powerwall or GivEnergy), and EV chargers
  • Ensuring all work complies with MCS standards and strict Health & Safety protocols
  • Identifying and resolving any technical hiccups on-site to ensure maximum system efficiency
  • Helping homeowners understand their new energy source so they can start saving from day one

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in Solar PV installation
  • NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installations (or equivalent)
  • 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
  • MCS accredited installer status (mandatory)
  • Working at Heights certification
  • A valid UK driving license (clean) and the ability to navigate North London routes efficiently
  • A proactive 'problem-solver' mindset and a genuine interest in renewable tech
