Job Description

Responsible for developing business opportunities within the solar industry by building relationships with customers, coordinating meetings, and supporting product development efforts. This role focuses on generating work opportunities while maintaining strong customer engagement.

Job Responsibility

  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
  • Schedule and conduct customer visits, training sessions, and presentations
  • Coordinate and attend trade shows, including logistics and follow-up
  • Manage leads from calls, emails, and website inquiries
  • Prepare travel agendas, reports, and maintain accurate records
  • Collaborate with internal teams on product development and marketing materials
  • Assist with engineering/design tasks using relevant software
  • Maintain company vehicle and equipment per guidelines
  • Support company events involving employees with disabilities
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in a related field and 1+ year of sales experience required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred
  • Strong communication, customer service, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required
