Job Description:

The Project Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the successful delivery of projects by organizing and coordinating project activities, tracking progress, and facilitating communication among team members, stakeholders, and management. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assist project managers in planning and executing projects, ensuring all project phases are completed on time and within scope
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports
  • Track project tasks, timelines, and milestones, updating relevant stakeholders on progress
  • Schedule and attend meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting notes and action items
  • Foster communication between team members and stakeholders to facilitate information flow and project alignment
  • Monitor project expenditures and assist with budget tracking as needed
  • Identify risks and issues, and support the team in developing mitigation strategies
  • Perform administrative duties as needed to support project teams

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field preferred
  • 1–3 years of experience in a project support or coordination role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable to changing project needs
