Solar Installation Labourer

Morson Edge is looking for motivated individuals to join a leading UK commercial and industrial rooftop solar provider. This permanent role offers a Monday to Thursday working week with regular nationwide travel and overnight stays, typically four nights per week. While previous solar or electrical experience is preferred, it’s not essential if you’re motivated to learn. The role provides full on-site training, structured support from experienced installers, and enrolment in the Elevate training programme. You’ll gain hands-on experience in roof preparation, materials handling, DC cable installation, and maintaining a safe, organised workspace.
