We're Hiring for a Major Solar Farm Project! Join a high-impact initiative focused on renewable energy and infrastructure development. We’re looking for skilled professionals to fill multiple roles across engineering, project management, and construction supervision.

Job Responsibility:

  • Join a high-impact initiative focused on renewable energy and infrastructure development
  • Lead planning, coordination, and execution across all work packages
  • Oversee technical teams and ensure engineering deliverables meet quality and schedule
  • Monitor project progress, cost control, and reporting
  • Design and supervise photovoltaic systems, ensuring optimal performance
  • Handle high-voltage systems integration and grid connectivity
  • Manage site development, structural design, and construction activities
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards during design and construction
  • Lead health, safety, and environmental initiatives across the project lifecycle
  • Manage technical documentation and ensure version control
  • Implement and maintain the project's DMS platform
  • Coordinate Factory Acceptance Testing for critical equipment

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5-8 years of project management experience in renewable energy or infrastructure projects
  • Professional Engineer (PE) licence preferred for engineering roles
  • NEBOSH or equivalent safety certification required for HSE Manager
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, PVsyst, MS Project, and experience with document management systems (SharePoint, Aconex, or similar)
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Civil, or Mechanical) or equivalent technical qualification required for all engineering positions
  • Must have legal right to work in the Philippines and ability to obtain security clearances for infrastructure projects

Nice to have:

Professional Engineer (PE) licence preferred for engineering roles
