An exciting opportunity to join FM Conway’s dynamic Business Transformation and Technology Team as a Software Trainer. In this pivotal role, you will take the lead in designing and delivering impactful training programs that drive our system implementations and ensure top-tier systems quality assurance. You’ll be at the forefront of supporting our transformative IT projects, empowering teams across the business.
Job Responsibility:
Designing and developing training materials, manuals and online resources covering SaaS solutions, web and mobile applications including those developed in-house
Customising training programs to meet the specific needs of the user community
Conducting training sessions on new and existing software solutions in person and virtually for employees at various levels
Using the appropriate delivery methods and tools that will suit the user community needs
Assessing training requirements throughout the business
Evaluating the effectiveness of training via assessments, surveys and performance metrics
Continuously improving training programs based on feedback and technological advancements
Requirements:
Proven experience leading and managing software and digital training
Experience training in a classroom and virtual environment
Experience using tools for creating eLearning material, such as Adobe Captivate and Steam (or similar)
Must be able to drive and hold a full UK driving licence
