ITC is a Woman Owned Small Business delivering exceptional consultation to the U.S. Government in Systems/Software Engineering, Cybersecurity Solutions, Mission Operations/INTEL Analysis, and Management Services in order to enable our customers to solve the most challenging problems. With continued growth comes opportunity, and we are currently searching for a Top-Secret SCI with polygraph-cleared Mid-Level Software Tool Engineer.

Job Responsibility:

  • Design and implement secure and scalable DNS, DHCP, and IPAM (DDI) solutions using Infoblox DDI
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex DDI issues
  • Automate DDI workflows to improve efficiency
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to internal teams on all aspects of DDI, including IPv4 and IPv6
  • Maintain the latest Infoblox DDI features and best practices

Requirements:

  • TS/SCI with FS Polygraph
  • Seven (14) years’ experience as a Software engineer, system engineer, system administrator or configuration management engineer
  • Eight (8) years experience as a Tools Engineer in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity is required
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline from an accredited institution is required
  • Four (4) years of additional experience as a software engineer, system engineer, system administrator, or configuration management experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree
  • DOD8570-M, IAT Level 1
  • Experience with DNS, DHCP, IPAM, Load Balancing (F5/DTC)
  • Familiar with outages, latency issues, & trouble shooting
  • Proven experience designing and implementing DDI solutions
  • Experience with load balancing technologies
  • Strong understanding of networking concepts, including IPv4 and IPv6
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Experience with scripting (Perl, Python) and automation tools (Ansible)a plus

Nice to have:

  • DNS experience with an understanding of administration of Infoblox
  • Experience with Infoblox trouble tickets
  • In-depth knowledge of Infoblox DDI (DNS, DHCP, IPAM)
