Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Software Tester to join our QA team. This is an entry-level position ideal for recent graduates or individuals starting their career in software testing. You will work closely with developers and senior testers to ensure our applications are high-quality, reliable, and user-friendly

Job Responsibility

  • Understand project requirements and functional specifications
  • Create and execute test cases based on requirements
  • Perform manual testing of web, mobile, or desktop applications
  • Identify, document, and track bugs using bug-tracking tools
  • Retest issues after fixes to ensure resolution
  • Participate in regression testing
  • Collaborate with developers and business analysts
  • Maintain test documentation and reports

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field or Relevant certification in Software Testing (ISTQB is a plus)
  • Open to Freshers
  • Basic understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC)
  • Knowledge of SDLC concepts
  • Familiarity with manual testing concepts
  • Basic knowledge of: Test cases and test scenarios
  • Bug reporting
  • Functional testing
  • Regression testing
  • Understanding of web and mobile applications
  • Basic knowledge of SQL (optional but preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
