Software Test Specialist

• Design, document, and execute comprehensive test cases for new and existing applications, with a focus on Syspro ERP and business-critical processes
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring requirements are fully met before go-live
• Identify, report, and troubleshoot defects across development and post-production environments while maintaining clear communication with project teams
• Build and maintain QA documentation, dashboards, and test scripts to drive continuous improvement in functionality, performance, and reliability
• Contribute to cross-departmental projects and computer systems validation (CSV) in a regulated cGMP environment, always aligning with our Core Value of Sustainability (people, planet, profit)

• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on software testing experience in Agile environments, including test case creation and defect management
• Intermediate skills in SQL, Azure DevOps, and ERP systems (Syspro experience is a strong asset)
• Solid understanding of software quality assurance standards, project management basics, and regulated documentation practices (SOPs, cGMP)
• Excellent English communication, strong interpersonal skills, and proven ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization
