Job Responsibility:

  • Managing supplier relationships and program-level Software sourcing deliverables
  • Enabling early supplier involvement, supporting sourcing decisions, driving supplier readiness reviews, and ensuring seamless coordination with Software engineering
  • Responsible to Manage ASPICE ACQ.4 Process
  • Track and coordinate inputs/output deliverables from supplier for 3rd party software
  • Support the Software competency, and other trifunctional team

Requirements:

  • Bachelor/Master of Engineering or equivalent in Computers/Electronics and Communication
  • Experience in managing embedded programs (SW Development)
  • Experience in Automotive domain as a Software Supplier management/Software Project management
  • Expertise in Agile Development Process
  • Familiarity with ASPICE methodology
  • Good negotiation and influencing skills
  • Good analytical, problem solving, interpersonal skills with an effective communication and presentation ability
  • Highly self-motivated, energetic and good communications skills
  • Recognized for structured approach, stakeholder coordination
  • Possesses solid understanding of engineering workflows, enabling effective alignment between supplier capabilities and APTIV’s technology roadmap
